Tom Hicks serves as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Clinton, LA. He’s married to Joy, and they have three little girls: Sophie, Karlie, and Rebekah. He received his MDiv and PhD degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a major in Church History, emphasis on Baptists, and with a minor in Systematic Theology. Tom is the author of The Doctrine of Justification in the Theologies of Richard Baxter and Benjamin Keach (PhD diss, SBTS). He serves on the board of directors for Founders Ministries and is the Founders Blog administrator.

Tom Ascol has served as a Pastor of Grace Baptist Church since 1986. Prior to moving to Florida he served as pastor and associate pastor of churches in Texas. He has a BS degree in sociology from Texas A&M University (1979) and has also earned the MDiv and PhD degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. He has served as an adjunct professor of theology for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Reformed Theological Seminary, the Midwest Center for Theological Studies and Reformed Baptist Seminary. He is a Visiting Professor at the Nicole Institute for Baptist Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida and adjunct professor for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary through their Southwest Florida Equip Center. Tom serves as the Executive Director of Founders Ministries. He and Donna have ten children, including 3 sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law. They also have 7 grandchildren who absolutely rock.

2017_02_17_Greever Headshot 2007-7 2Jeremiah Greever serves as the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church St. John in St. Louis, MO, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Missouri Baptist University. He is married to his lovely wife, Sadie, and they are joyfully expecting their first child. Jeremiah received his M. Div from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he also served as an intern for Dr. Mohler. He actively writes for The Pathway and serves as the Social Media Manager for the Founders Conference Midwest.
